  My friends, unfortunately, we've lived here for 7 years. We have no choice. But if you have, choose something else. There is garbage all over the place (I mean on the parking lot, all around the ground.) Trash cans are constantly filled to the top. Forger about recycling: everyone just puts trash there and no one cares. If you need something fixed, good luck! You need to wait for an unknown amount of time and, when its "fixed", you cannot stop asking yourself: really? My baby can do a better job. Several years ago, at least there was a friendly and cooperative staff. Not anymore. Rude, cold, dismissive.
